Coding and Labeling Systems
System 1:
System 1 Full, specially devised for high
speed labelling, particulary of pharmaceutical products, adopts such technical solutions so as to ensure a high degree of
reliability for labelling and printing operations, thanks to controls and alarms: end-of-reel, tearing of backing paper, minimum
and maximun load, completion of labelling and printing, ejection of the non labelled/non printed product. The FULL configuration
also allows to choose the labeller more suitable to one's need.
System 1 Twist
A
compact and functional solution ensuring a perfect labelling of cylindrical products. The DRP device makes the product spins
around during the labelling phase. A very compact body makes it fit for any environment
System 2 full
A solution especially devised to apply the optical tag on pharmaceutical shaped cases. It is marked
by realiability and high speed: alarm and control devices ensure that labels are perfectly applied, while non labelled/non
printed products are automatically ejected; available in the "non stop" version, with two labellers programmed for
automatic changeover. System 2 FULL is designed to fit in tracking systems.
System 5 full
The
FULL Systems provide the highest performances as they are conceived to operate controlling functions such as end-of-reel,
tearing of backing paper, mini-mum and maximun load, completion of labelling and printing, ejection of the non labelled/non
printed product. These paraments are displayed on a control board, interacting with the operator.
