AS 200
Horizontal Cartoner The new continuous motion cartoning machines of the SERIES AS 200 are the result of a height
constructive technology and a continuous development to conform to GMP directives and minimum space is required for its installation
due to the extremely small footprint. The AS200 is suitable for handle
pharmaceutical and cosmetic products with little and medium dimensions and the modern balcony structure has made it possible
to completely separate the mechanical zone from the carton and product conveyor zone to thoroughly inspect the cartoner internal
and, eventually, detect and clean batch products at the end of the production run . This allows complete accessibility, for
cleaning, maintenance, inspection and size changeover The "Balcony" design also prevents carton dust and debris

The AS120 intermittent motion horizontal cartoner has
been designed to conform to GMP standards and to the other current European industrial safety regulations. Minimum space is
required for the installation of this machine due to the extremely small footprint.Designed
for automatic cartoning of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products, the AS120
incorporates the "Balcony" type frame construction. This design places the main drive and auxiliary movements to
the side of the carton transport mechanism. This allow complete accessibility, for cleaning,

ASV 60
Cosmetic Vertical Cartoner
The ASV 60 cartoner has been designed
to meet the demand of a rapidly increasing cosmetic market especially for the cartoning of products such as creams, lotions
and perfumes. The intermittent motion cartoner ASV 60 is designed with the modern “Balcony” construction that
makes it possible to completely separate the mechanical zone from the carton and product conveyor zone to thoroughly inspect
the cartoner internal and, eventually, detect and clean batch products at the end of the production run. This allows
complete accessibility, for cleaning, maintenance, inspection and size changeover operations.Latest ergonomic features (operator
friendly), cartons, liners, leaflets, coupons, spatulas and other eventual components can be easily loaded from the front
of the machine with automatic or manual feeding.The carton pick-up and positive opening mechanism consists of double tilting
arms combined with a mechanical pre-breaking device that places the erected carton directly into the cartons transport belts.
There is no carton contact with metal rails.
